ZUJI, ZUJI Pty Ltd and WCT will not collect or monitor any personal information about you without your consent. Who do we share your information with?

1. ZUJI, ZUJI Pty Ltd and/or WCT is the owner of the information collected on this site. We do not sell or rent individual personal information to third parties and have no intention to do so in the future.

In making a travel booking on ZUJI, or Travelocity New Zealand ahead, you may choose the option to send your itinerary to a friend, in which case an email with your trip details, such as hotel information, is sent to the email address that you specify. Your friend's email address will be used solely for the purpose specified above.

3. We may disclose your personal information on occasion to third parties who work with us. Some of these third parties may be located outside your home country, for example, in countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Taiwan Brunei and the US. • While ZUJI, ZUJI Pty Ltd and WCT hope that you benefit from our product and service offers, at any time, you always have the option to opt out from participating in ZUJI's, or Travelocity New Zealand's, product and service offers. For example, you will be given the option to unsubscribe to newsletters by unchecking the box.
• We also offer you the ability to opt out of receiving information of our products and services at the point of collection, by accessing and changing your personal information or by sending an e-mail to us at unsubscribe@zuji.com or legal@travelocity.co.nz. Please allow some time for this request to be processed.
• If you do not want us to use your personal information or to share your personal information with third parties that are ZUJI's, ZUJI Pty Ltd's and/or WCT's partners, please e-mail us at privacy@zuji.com or legal@travelocity.co.nz.
• If you decide that you do not want ZUJI, ZUJI Pty Ltd and/or WCT to use your personal information or to share your personal information with third parties, you understand that this may in some cases impact on the availability of services and the quality of services that ZUJI, ZUJI Pty Ltd and/or WCT may provide to you and may mean that the services provided to you (if possible at all) by ZUJI and/or ZUJI Pty Ltd may not be customised for your use, may be less user-friendly and less efficient.

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address.
