Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card information. The process of encryption takes the information you enter and converts it into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet. This scrambled data cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Once your encrypted personal information is received by our secure server, it is translated back into its original form and stored in our off-line database. Your credit card information is also encrypted for transmission over the Internet.
ZUJI and World Choice Travel, a division of Travelocity.com LP ("WCT") take the responsibility of protecting our customers' credit card information very seriously. In addition to implementing highly secure online protection methods, there is a dedicated risk-management team who regularly and randomly counter-check credit card purchases made on sites run by ZUJI and/or WCT to ensure their authenticity, and verify that credit cards have not been used for making unauthorised purchases.
At times, phone contact is made with you by ZUJI, WCT and/or its authorized representative as part of this process. We seek your cooperation and ask that you provide us with a valid contact phone number to enable us to reach you and verify that you, as the cardholder, have approved the transaction in question, made on either a ZUJI or WCT's site; or alert you to the possibility that your card may have been used by a third party if inconsistencies arise.
Guarantee Details
- Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your credit card company can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your credit card company does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Go Trump while using the secure server.
- In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
